Filter leads by temperature

Step by step

  1. Step 1: The Temp column

    The Leads list has a Temp column. It shows if each lead is hot, warm, or cold.

  2. Step 2: The Temperature menu

    Pick a temperature from the Temperature menu at the top of the list.

  3. Step 3: Only hot leads

    Now the list shows only the hot leads. Call these first.

  4. Step 4: Mix your filters

    Your pick stays on when you choose a smart list, a source, or an owner, so you can mix them.

  5. Step 5: Change a temperature

    To change a lead's temperature, open the lead and pick Hot, Warm, or Cold.

In this lesson, you will find your hottest leads fast.

The Leads list has a Temp column. It shows if each lead is hot, warm, or cold.

Pick a temperature from the Temperature menu at the top of the list.

Now the list shows only the hot leads. Call these first.

To change a lead's temperature, open the lead and pick Hot, Warm, or Cold.
